As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
COMMERCIAL VEHICLE
A bus, tractor, trailer or tractor-trailer combination, taxicab, limousine, livery vehicle, truck or van with commercial plates, construction vehicle, or any vehicle which has equipment or a display evidencing use of same for commercial purposes.
RESIDENTIAL PREMISES
Premises improved by a one-family dwelling, two-family dwelling, multiple-family dwelling or a mixed residential/commercial use.
No person shall park a commercial vehicle on residential premises except in compliance with the provisions hereinafter stated.
The parking of commercial vehicles on residential premises is limited and subject to each of the following conditions:
A. 
There be no more than two of the vehicles described in this section.
B. 
Vehicles cannot have a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) exceeding 6,200 pounds.
C. 
Vehicles cannot have more than four wheels and two axles.
D. 
Vehicles must be parked inside a garage or on a driveway.
E. 
Vehicles are owned or registered to the owner or tenant of the subject premises.
F. 
Vehicles have a current New York registration.
Nothing herein shall be construed to limit, diminish or abrogate the application of Chapter 345, Zoning Code.
Any person in violation of this article shall be subject to a fine in an amount not less than $250 nor more than $750 or imprisonment not exceeding 15 days, or both. Each and every day a violation of this article exists shall constitute a separate and distinct violation.
