14.01.110
Except as set forth in Section
595-14.01.120 below, if any section, subsection, clause, phrase, or
any provision of these regulations is, for any reason, finally adjudicated
to be invalid or unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction,
such portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent
provision, and such adjudication shall not affect the validity of
the remaining portion hereof.
14.01.120
The following sections and subsections, and the clauses and phrases contained therein, shall be deemed inseparable from each other: the definition of "dwelling unit" in Article I, Section 2. If a court of competent jurisdiction holds that any clause, phrase or provision thereof is illegal, unconstitutional or otherwise invalid, then all of said sections and subsections, and the clauses and phrases contained therein, shall be null and void and ineffective thereafter to permit any form of multiple-family housing.
