Editor's Note: This ordinance was originally specified to
be added as Chapter 218 but was renumbered to maintain the organization
of the Code.
No business license shall be issued for any operation of marijuana
cultivation facilities, marijuana product manufacturing facilities,
marijuana testing facilities, retail marijuana stores or marijuana
smoking lounges in the Town of Bethany Beach.
