A.
The Township of Maidencreek or its designee shall inspect all phases
of the installation of the permanent stormwater management facilities
as deemed appropriate by the Township of Maidencreek.
B.
During any stage of the work, if the Township of Maidencreek or its
designee determines that the permanent stormwater management facilities
are not being installed in accordance with the approved stormwater
management plan, the Township of Maidencreek shall revoke any existing
building permits and issue a cease and desist order until a revised
drainage plan is submitted and approved, as specified in this chapter.
C.
A final inspection of all stormwater management facilities shall
be conducted by the Township of Maidencreek or its designee to confirm
compliance with the approved drainage plan prior to the issuance of
any occupancy permit.
