The Pendleton Town parks and the users thereof
shall be subject to the Town of Pendleton Park Policies adopted by
the Town Board. Substantial changes to the Park Policies shall be
reviewed by the Planning Board prior to adoption.

All violations of this chapter or any provision
thereof shall be an offense punishable by a fine not exceeding $250
or imprisonment for not more than 15 days or both.
