The Town Board of the Town of New Lebanon formally establishes
the position of Clerk to the New Lebanon Town Court.
The position of Court Clerk shall be an appointed position for
a term to be set by the Town Board of the Town of New Lebanon, with
the advice and consent of the Town Justices, in accordance with Town
Law § 20.
