The Town Board of the Town of New Lebanon hereby establishes
the position of Deputy Clerk to the New Lebanon Town Court to assist
in fulfilling the duties of the Court Clerk to the New Lebanon Town
Court and to further to act as Court Clerk in either his or her absence
or his or her inability to perform the duties of the office of Court
Clerk.
The position of Deputy Court Clerk shall be an appointed position
for a term to be set by the Town Board of the Town of New Lebanon,
with the advice and consent of the Town Justices, in accordance with
Town Law § 20.
