No mobile home may be located or occupied within the corporate limits
of the Town of New Windsor except in a legally established and licensed mobile
home park; provided, however, that such previously existing mobile home so
located prior to the effective date of this chapter may be continued or replaced
by another mobile home, provided that such replacement is placed on a permanent
foundation.
A camping trailer may be stored on private property so long as this
vehicle is not used for living or sleeping purposes and is situated 10 feet
from any property line and 20 feet from any neighboring structure. Such trailer
shall be the sole property of the owner of the property on which it is to
be stored. Permits for temporary visiting purposes shall be issued by the
Code Enforcement Officer for a period not to exceed 15 days.
