By authority of a resolution adopted by the
Town Board at a meeting held on October 7, 1974, pursuant to the provision
of § 276 of the Town Law, the Planning Board of the Town
of Rosendale has the power and authority to approve, modify and disapprove
plats for subdivision within the Town of Rosendale.
These regulations shall be known and may be
cited as the "Land Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Rosendale,
New York."
