Traffic control signals shall be installed, maintained and operated at the intersections and locations described in Schedule I (§ 181-29).
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule II (§ 181-30) are hereby designated as one-way streets during the periods indicated, and vehicles shall proceed along those streets or parts of streets only in the direction indicated during the periods indicated.

A. 
No person shall make a turn of the kind designated (left, right, all) at any of the locations described in Schedule III (§ 181-31).
B. 
The locations described in Schedule XIV (§ 181-42) are hereby designated as right-turn-only intersections, and vehicles shall only turn right at such locations.
In accordance with the provisions of § 1111(d)2 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law, no person shall make a right turn on a steady red signal at the locations designated in Schedule IV (§ 181-32).
The intersections described in Schedule V (§ 181-33) are hereby designated as stop intersections, and stop signs shall be erected as indicated.
The intersections described in Schedule VI (§ 181-34) are hereby designated as yield intersections, and yield signs shall be erected as indicated.
The maximum speed at which vehicles may proceed on or along any streets or highways within the Town is hereby established at 30 miles per hour, except that the speed limit for vehicles proceeding on or along those streets or parts of streets described in Schedule VII (§ 181-35) shall be as indicated in said schedule.
A. 
Every vehicle having a gross vehicle weight, whether loaded or unloaded, in excess of four tons shall be considered an "overweight vehicle" for purposes of this section and shall be excluded from the roadways described in Schedule VIII (§ 181-36A).
B. 
Every vehicle having a gross vehicle weight, whether loaded or unloaded, in excess of eight tons shall be considered an "overweight vehicle" for purposes of this section and shall be excluded from the roadways described in Schedule VIII-A (§ 181-36B).

C. 
The regulations established in this section shall not apply to the following:
(1) 
Commercial vehicles while they are actively engaged in the delivery or pickup of merchandise or other property along the highways from which such vehicles are otherwise excluded.
(2) 
Authorized emergency vehicles engaged in emergency operations along the highways from which such vehicles are otherwise excluded.
(3) 
All public transit buses or any other vehicles providing services to the persons or property along the highways from which such vehicles are otherwise excluded.

The crossing areas described in Schedule XV (§ 181-43) are hereby designated as crosswalks, and appropriate markings and/or signage for such crosswalks shall be made and/or erected. (Note: Vehicle and Traffic Law § 1151 regulates drivers of vehicles and pedestrians at crosswalks.)
