All fees required by these regulations shall
be submitted to the Commission at the time the application is filed
with the Commission.
No application shall be granted or approved by the Commission unless the correct application fee is paid in full or unless a waiver has been granted by the Commission pursuant to § 470-86 of these regulations.
The application fee is not refundable.
As used in the fee schedule, the following terms
shall have the meaning indicated:
Activities carried out on property developed for industry,
commerce, trade, recreation, or business or being developed to be
occupied for such purposes, for profit or nonprofit.
Activities other than residential uses or commercial uses.
Activities carried out on property developed for permanent
housing or being developed to be occupied by permanent housing.
The fee schedule shall be available at the office
of the Town Clerk, Killingworth, Connecticut, as provided for in the
bylaws of the Commission.
Boards, commissions, councils and departments
of the Town of Killingworth are exempt from all fee requirements.
The Commission may, at its discretion, waive
the payment of any or all fees required by the fee schedule. The Commission
shall record the reasons for waiving such fees on its record.
