The enforcement officer shall be the Borough
Engineer of the Borough of Chatham or his or her designee.

B.
The continuation
of such violation of each successive day shall constitute a separate
offense, and the person or persons allowing or permitting the continuation
of the violation may be punished as provided for each separate offense.
C.
For the
purposes of this chapter, each twenty-four-hour period following a
snowfall or formulation of ice shall constitute a separate offense
for which prosecution shall be brought.
