The Town Comptroller or Town Tax Collector shall add a service charge
of $15 to any account for each check or written order which is returned for
insufficient funds.
Such Town Comptroller, Tax Collector or other official may require any
future payments by such account to be tendered in cash or by certified or
cashier's check.
