There is hereby adopted in its entirety by the Mayor and Board of Commissioners of the Town of West New York Chapter 10, Maintenance of Hotels and Multiple Dwellings Regulations, promulgated by the Bureau of Housing Inspection of the Department of Community Affairs. This article incorporates by reference the codification of those regulations set forth in N.J.A.C. 5:10-1.1, as the same may be amended from time to time, to be used for the maintenance of all hotels and multiple dwellings of the Town of West New York. Said Chapter 10, Maintenance of Hotels and Multiple Dwellings Regulations, are to be administered and enforced by the Building Inspector of the Town of West New York.
Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of the regulations shall be subject to the penalty provisions set forth in the General Code of the Town of West New York.[1]
