A. 
No person within the bounds of this City shall sell, distribute, give or offer any material of any kind or form appealing to the prurient interest which contains patently offensive representations or descriptions of ultimate sexual acts, whether normal, perverted, actual or simulated, or depicting acts of masturbation, excretory functions or lewd exhibition of genitals.
B. 
No person within the bounds of this City shall possess any of the objects described in the preceding Subsection A with the intent or for the purpose of selling, offering to sell, giving or offering to give the same to any other person, contrary to the provisions of this section.
C. 
In order to preserve the public morals and dignity and to prevent nonconsensual exposure of sexual materials to citizens of this community and particularly their minor children, it shall be unlawful for any person to publicly display any magazine or book cover, photograph, drawing or other depiction which exposes the male or female genitals or the nipples of the female breast.
Any person convicted of a violation of this article shall be punished by a fine of not more than $200, including costs, for each such offense; and each day's violation shall constitute a separate offense.
