The Town Board of the Town of Malta may set procedures, rules and fees for the use of Town parks by resolution, and may from time to time amend the same by resolution. Fees shall be as set forth in Table A to Chapter 88.
Copies of these rules and regulations shall
be posted as deemed appropriate by the Director of Parks, Recreation
and Buildings and/or Highway Superintendent.
Any person violating the provisions of this
article shall be guilty of a violation and upon conviction thereof
shall be fined no more than $250 or imprisoned for not more than 15
days, or both.
