The Town Board of the Town of Malta may authorize
and direct the Tax Collector of the Town of Malta to mail, together
with tax bills and/or receipts, specified notices or documents. Such
notices or documents shall consist only of worthwhile items or information
for the benefit of the citizens of the Town of Malta, and may not
include advertisements or propaganda.
