Town of Malta, NY Fees and Costs

The fees and costs which shall be charged pursuant to this chapter shall be as follows:

For site plan review, as set forth in Table A to Chapter 88.

In addition to the fees set forth above such application shall be accompanied by an amount equal to the estimated professional fees to be incurred by the Town of Malta in processing the applicant's application, pursuant to § 88-6C.

For planned development districts, as set forth in Table A to Chapter 88.

(a)

In addition to the fees set forth above an application to establish a planned development district, or to amend planned development district legislation, shall be accompanied by an amount equal to the estimated professional fees to be incurred by the Town of Malta in processing the applicant's application, pursuant to § 88-6C.

For signs, as set forth in Table A to Chapter 88.

For building permits and certificates of occupancy, as set forth in Table A to Chapter 88.

For special inspection by the Code Enforcement Officer, including, but not limited to, the inspection of pools, decks, garages, septic systems, fireplaces and wood stoves, and for demolition permits, as set forth in Table A to Chapter 88.

For a variance application, as set forth in Table A to Chapter 88.

Any fee or cost charged under, pursuant to or in accordance with this chapter may be set, modified or eliminated by resolution of the Town Board.
