The Mayor may establish a Taxicab Advisory Committee
to advise the City administration and City Council on issues and concerns
relating to the taxicab industry in the City. Members shall be appointed
by the Mayor and shall include representatives of the City, the tourism/hospitality
industry, taxicab drivers and owners, liveries and such other groups
as may be appropriate. Such Committee shall report to the Mayor and
Council within nine months of its creation.
