It is hereby determined that urinating and defecating in public places
other than in public facilities intended for those purposes are detrimental
to the public health, welfare and safety, erode the integrity of the environment,
annoy or disturb reasonable people of normal sensibilities, disrupt the quality
of life, and are contrary to the public interest of the citizens of Nashua.
No person shall urinate or defecate in a public place other than in
public facilities intended for those purposes.
