The Town of Colchester, pursuant to authority set forth in C.G.S.§ 7-148,
shall pay the remaining outstanding financial obligations of the 275th Anniversary
Celebration of the Town of Colchester; provided, however, that no more than
the sum of $3,600 shall be expended pursuant to this chapter.
