The following fees shall be charged by the Borough
of Bergenfield in connection with the administration of this chapter:
No structure or land shall hereafter be used
and no structure shall be located, extended, converted or structurally
altered without full compliance with the terms of this chapter and
other application regulations.
The regulations contained herein are based upon
minimum standards promulgated by the federal government. Applicable
regulations promulgated in the future by the state or County of Bergen
which are more restrictive than those set forth herein shall take
precedence.

This chapter shall take effect after approval
by the Federal Flood Insurance Administration of the Department of
Housing and Urban Development, the Department of Environmental Protection,
and upon passage and publication as provided by law.
