[HISTORY: Adopted by the Town Board of the Town of Barton 5-5-1954;
amended in its entirety at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions,
Art. I). Subsequent amendments noted where applicable.]
Pursuant to § 118 of the Town Law, claims against the Town
of Barton, County of Tioga, State of New York, shall be in voucher form, and
the Town Board shall audit, allow and pay such claim if it shall have been
certified to be true and correct in a statement signed by or on behalf of
the claimant.
