The requirements of the Land Subdivision Regulations may, from time to time, be supplemented, amended or repealed all or in part. Amendments shall be initiated by or submitted to the Planning Board for consideration and recommendation before being finally enacted by the Council in the same manner as provided for amendment of Chapter 190, Zoning.
