Single-family attached dwellings. Notwithstanding the provisions of § 128-100A, the following standards shall apply to lots containing single-family attached dwellings:

(1) 
Minimum lot size.
(a) 
End units: 3,500 square feet.
(b) 
Interior units: 2,500 square feet.
(2) 
Minimum side yard.
(a) 
End units: One side yard shall meet the minimum side yard requirement of the district within which the unit is located. The second side yard shall have no minimum side yard requirement.
(b) 
Interior units: no minimum side yard requirement.
(3) 
Minimum lot width.
(a) 
End units: 35 feet.
(b) 
Interior units: 25 feet.
(4) 
Minimum highway frontage.
(a) 
End units: 35 feet.
(b) 
Interior units: 25 feet.
(5) 
Maximum density. In no event shall the number of single-family attached dwellings approved on a development parcel exceed the number of multifamily dwelling units which would otherwise be permitted on said parcel. In the Residential C District, the number of single-family attached dwellings on a parcel shall not exceed the number of four-family dwelling units that would otherwise be permitted.
(6) 
Developments consisting of single-family attached dwellings shall require both site plan and subdivision approval.
(7) 
All other area, yard and bulk requirements shall be as indicated in the Schedule of Area, Yard and Bulk Requirements, § 128-100A.
