Editor's Note: This ordinance also repealed former Ch. 261, Water
Utility, adopted 5-1-1990 by Ord. No. 90-O-7, as amended.
All water utility rates, charges, operating rules and regulations are
contained in the current rate file set forth by the Public Service Commission
of Wisconsin for the Village of Black Earth Water Utility. The rate file is
on file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer.
