All permit parking in Village-owned parking
facilities shall be controlled by the issuance of parking permits
by the office of the Village Manager, Village of Croton-on-Hudson.
Permit conditions and rates shall be set through adoption by resolution
of Rules and Regulations for Permit Parking by the Board of Trustees
as authorized by the Vehicle and Traffic Law § 1 640, Subdivision
(b). These rules and regulations may be amended from time to time
by resolution of the Board of Trustees. Such rules and regulations
for permit parking shall be filed in the office of the Village Manager
and shall be available for public scrutiny during regular office hours
of that office.
It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle across
any line or marking designating a parking space or to park said vehicle
in any way that the same shall not be wholly within a parking space
as designated by said lines or markings.
