Fishing is prohibited in any park, beach or
harbor area unless permitted specifically by the Board of Trustees
and with a permit issued annually.
The permit is subject to inspection upon request
by authorized personnel.
Fishing is permitted at Gilbert Park, bayside
only, with a permit issued by authorized personnel. No fishing is
permitted in Walker Park and harbor areas.
