[HISTORY: Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lackawanna 10-4-1982
by L.L. No. 2-1982 (Ch. 123 of the 1987 Code).[1] Subsequent amendments noted where applicable.]
Pursuant to the provisions of § 980-b of the General Municipal
Law, Article 19-A of the General Municipal Law, entitled "City Business Improvement
District Law," is hereby adopted and made applicable to the establishment
or extension of City business improvement districts within the City of Lackawanna.
All provisions of Article 19-A of the General Municipal Law, as now
existing or as hereafter amended, shall apply to the establishment of City
business improvement districts, or to the extension of any such districts.
