GENERAL REFERENCES
Capital Planning Committee — See Ch. 14.
A Strategic Planning Committee is created consisting of the members
of the Capital Planning Committee and Master Plan Committee who shall make
recommendations for long-range capital planning and implementation of the
policies and proposals of the Master Plan, review the policies and proposals
of the Master Plan, and submit an annual report of the progress of the Town
toward its goals and the Committee's recommendations for modifications or
additions to the Master Plan. The Strategic Planning Committee shall meet
at least once per month.
