Pursuant to Section 102 of the Vehicle Laws of Pennsylvania, the streets or parts of streets described in § 218-30 are hereby designated as through highways, and operators of vehicles shall stop at every intersection before entering such through highway. Stop signs shall be installed at the entrances thereto from intersecting highways.

Any person violating the provisions of § 218-28 shall, upon conviction in summary proceedings, be sentenced to pay a fine of $25 and cost of prosecution.
