Pursuant to Section 102 of the Vehicle Laws of Pennsylvania, the intersections described in § 218-33 are hereby designated as stop intersections, and operators of vehicles shall stop before entering such intersections. Stop signs shall be installed at all entrances to said intersections.
Any person violating the provisions of § 218-36 shall, upon conviction in summary proceedings, be sentenced to pay a fine of $25 and costs of prosecution and, in default of payment thereof, shall undergo imprisonment for not more than three days.
The following intersections shall be designated as four-way stop intersections:
Charles Street (both eastbound and westbound) and Ridge Avenue (both northbound and southbound)
Charles Street and Sixth Avenue, West
Eighth Avenue, North, and Chestnut Street
Fifth Avenue, North, and Chestnut Street
First Avenue, South, at Lincoln Highway (eastbound)
Fourth Avenue, North, and Chestnut Street
Hope Avenue and Charles Street
Kersey Street (both eastbound and westbound) and Third Avenue (both northbound and southbound)

Chestnut Street (eastbound) and Eleventh Avenue, North (both northbound and southbound traffic)

Eighth Avenue, North, and Merchant Street
Harmony Street, West, and Ridge Avenue
