Pierce County hereby withdraws from the Unified
Board of Dunn, Pepin and Pierce Counties, effective January 1, 1981,
and the Pierce County Clerk is instructed to send to the County Clerks
of Dunn and Pepin Counties by registered mail a certified copy of
the resolution codified in this article as formal notice of that withdrawal.
The Pierce County Board of Supervisors, under
the authority of § 46.23, Wis. Stats., establishes a Community
Human Services Board for Pierce County, effective January 1, 1981.[1]
