The County Veterans' Service Officer is authorized
to represent the Wisconsin Department of Veterans' Affairs (WDVA)
only for the limited purpose of obtaining Veterans' Administration
information and is not authorized to accept any WDVA directions or
instructions pertaining to the functioning or control of his office,
except its directions or instructions regarding the procedures for
obtaining and safeguarding Veterans' Administration information obtained
through the auspices of the Wisconsin Department of Veterans' Affairs.
