Carneys Point Township does hereby recognize
and adopt, by reference hereto, all provisions of the State Uniform
Construction Code and the various subcodes adopted pursuant to the
provisions of N.J.S.A. 52:27D-123, said subcodes including but not
limited to the Basic Property Maintenance Codes/1984.
The State Uniform Construction Code and the
various subcodes adopted pursuant to N.J.S.A. 52:27D-123 shall be
enforced by the Carneys Point Township Construction Code Official
and such inspectors and private third-party on-site inspection agencies
as the Township Committee shall from time to time designate.
