Under the authority vested in the Planning Board
of the City of Marlborough by MGL c. 41, § 81O, said Board
hereby adopts these rules and regulations governing the subdivision
of land in the City of Marlborough. These regulations shall be effective
after approved and certified by the Register of Deeds and Recorder
of Land Court.
