A.
Certain properties along Cobblestone Court in the Township of Moorestown (also known as "Block 5300, Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11") receiving sanitary sewer service by the Township of Delran Sewerage Authority shall be charged the following rate and charge in place of the sanitary sewage charges established by Article III:
(1)
For each and every dwelling unit, the sewer charge
shall be the lawful amount charged per dwelling to the Township of
Moorestown by the Township of Delran Sewerage Authority plus $11.65
per quarter.
B.
Said $11.65 per quarter shall be retained by the Township
of Moorestown as a general item of sewer revenue reflecting the costs
of maintenance of the municipal pump station and public sewer lines
within the Cobblestone Court development, and the amount collected
on behalf of the Township of Delran Sewerage Authority shall be paid
over to the Township of Delran Sewerage Authority.
