There is hereby established and created the
position of Chief Financial Officer. The Chief Financial Officer shall
be the Director of the Department of Finance/Treasurer of the Borough.
The Chief Financial Officer of the Borough shall
carry out the responsibilities of such office pursuant to N.J.S.A.
52:27BB-26 et seq.
