The salaries and compensation of all officers and employees
of the Borough of Pennington are set forth from time to time by ordinance
of the Borough Council. A copy of the currently effective Salary Ordinance
is on file in the office of the Borough Clerk and is available for
examination during office hours.
Effective June 1, 2016, all officers and employees of the Borough
who receive compensation are required to authorize direct deposit
of their net pay in accordance with N.J.S.A. 52:14-15f.b.
Borough employees may request, in writing and for good cause,
an exemption from mandatory direct deposit. Any such request shall
be directed to the Borough Administrator who, following review of
the request, shall decide either to grant or deny the exemption request.
