No automobile trailer, house car or other vehicle propelled either by its own power or by another power-driven vehicle to which it may be attached shall be parked and used as living or sleeping quarters on any premises or in any of the streets or avenues in the Borough of Pennington.
No automobile trailer, house car or other vehicle shall be placed upon piers or foundation and used as living or sleeping quarters within the Borough of Pennington.
Any person or persons who shall use or occupy any automobile trailer, house car or other vehicle for living or sleeping quarters within the Borough of Pennington in violation of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine not exceeding $1,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days or a period of community service not exceeding 90 days, or any combination thereof. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
