The Civil Service Commission Rules and Regulations contained in Chapter 1, Part 3, of the Hatfield Township Code of Ordinances[1] and any other rules and regulation of the Civil Service
Commission are hereby rescinded, repealed and revoked effective immediately.

The rules and regulations attached hereto are
hereby approved by the Board of Commissioners.[1]
The rules and regulations of the Civil Service
Commission may hereafter be amended by recommendation of the Civil
Service Commission approved by a resolution of the Board of Commissioners.
