The Mutual Aid Plan, a copy of which is annexed hereto as Exhibit A
and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby declared to be adopted by
the Township of Whitpain.[1]

Editor's Note: A copy of the Mutual Aid Plan is on file in the
office of the Township Manager and in the office of the Chief of Police.
The Township of Whitpain shall participate in the Mutual Aid Plan until
its participation is terminated by subsequent ordinance.
Any prior action of the proper officers of the Township of Whitpain
in participating in the Mutual Aid Plan is hereby approved, ratified and confirmed.
