There shall be a County Jury Board and
a Commissioner of Jurors, appointed pursuant to law, who shall have
and exercise all the powers and perform all the duties now or hereafter
conferred or imposed upon them by law. The Commissioner shall serve
as an officer of the Court and formulate panels of grand and trial
jurors, maintain jury service records and initiate action to sanction
jurors who violate the law.
