A.
The annual compensation of the Chairman and the members
of the Municipal Commission of the Village of Fairport is hereby established
as follows:
B.
The annual compensation of the Chairman and members
of the Municipal Commission of the Village of Fairport as provided
herein may be increased, from time to time, by adoption of the annual
budget, provided that any such increases are part of a uniform percentage
salary increase applied to all Village officers and employees.

Editor's Note: This local law also provided
that it shall be effective 8-1-1985.
The Treasurer of the Village of Fairport is
hereby authorized, empowered and directed to pay the aforesaid compensation
from the funds of the Village of Fairport Municipal Commission at
such times, places and under such terms and conditions as the Board
of Trustees of the Village of Fairport may from time to time determine.
