As provided by Act No. 96-1 of the General Assembly of Pennsylvania amending the Municipal Claims and Tax Lien Law, Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, No. 153,[1] there is hereby established as a reasonable attorneys' fee incurred by the Township in the collection of all municipal claims an amount equal to an hourly rate of $125 multiplied by the time expended by the Township's Solicitor in the collection of said claim.

In assessing the attorneys' fees specified in § 26-1 hereinabove, the Township shall follow the notice procedures specified in Section 3(a.3) of the Municipal Claims and Tax Lien Law.[1]
