[Adopted 4-27-1929]
No person shall swim or bathe in the public waters within or bounding
the Village of Head-of-the-Harbor without wearing a bathing suit, nor shall
any person, in proceeding to bathe, disrobe in any public place.
[Amended 5-12-1990 by L.L. No. 3-1990]
Anyone who violates this Article shall be subject to a fine or imprisonment,
up the maximum that may be imposed by a village court, or both.
