The Village is divided into the following districts: A, A-1, B and B-1, as residential districts, and D as an undeveloped parkland district.
Said districts are bounded and defined as shown on a map entitled "Revised Building Zone Ordinance Map of the Incorporated Village of Head-of-the-Harbor, Suffolk County, New York," which, with all explanatory matter thereon, is hereby adopted and made a part of this Part 1.[1]

The boundaries between districts (unless otherwise indicated) are the boundary lines of the Village and street or road lines. Where the street or road layout actually on the ground varies from the street or road layout as shown on the map referred to in § 165-7, the designation shown on the mapped streets or roads shall apply in such a way as to carry out the real intent and purpose of this Part 1 for the particular district in question.
