A person who, otherwise than in self-defense or in the discharge of
official duty, willfully discharges any species of firearms, rifle, shotgun,
air gun or other weapon within the geographic limits of the City of Middletown,
without written consent from the Chief of Police, whether on public or private
property, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
