Editor's Note: This resolution superseded former Ch. 15, Defense and
Indemnification, adopted 8-13-1981, as amended.
The Town Board does hereby confer the benefits of § 18 of
the Public Officers Law upon the employees and officers of the Town of Somers,
and the town shall be held liable for the costs incurred under the Public
Officers Law.
