[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Tuxedo Park at time of adoption of Code 2-21-1990 by L.L. No. 1-1990; see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. I. Amendments noted where applicable.]
No person within the Village shall be permitted to engage in filming, movie making, computer imaging, broadcasting, taping, video production, photographic sessions, aerial photography, other than aerial surveying, audio and/or visual recording radio, television or microwave transmitting or any similar undertaking without prior written permission from the Board of Trustees and subject to the following:
A. 
No such activity shall exceed eight hours in duration.
B. 
No such activity shall be undertaken as a business or for commercial gain.

C. 
No such activity shall intrude on the privacy, safety or tranquility of any resident or property owner in the Village of Tuxedo Park.
Excepted from this chapter are those normal filming, taping, recording and photographing activities occasionally undertaken by a single-family unit entirely within their own premises and for no commercial purpose.
